Joint Center for Housing Studies of Harvard University - The State of the Nation's Housing
June 2010
This annual report by the Joint Center depicts the state of the nation's housing market. The study suggests that even though the market has not rebounded to pre-recession levels, it is showing signs of improvement.

GAO - Troubled Assets Relief Program - Treasury's Framework
June  2010
This report discusses Treasury's decision making and analytical processes employed to extend TARP. The report made recommendations on how Treasury could implement a coordinated exit from TARP.

Congressional Budget Office: Loss Exposure and the FDIC
May 2010
This report gives an overview of the FDIC and discusses issues regarding the setting of deposit insurance premiums.
