    A. Membership may be obtained by applying online or calling ABA at 1 800 BANKERS.

Q. Do you have to be an ABA member institution to be an ABA Marketing Network member?
    A.  No, however; there is a membership discount if you belong to an ABA member institution.

Q. What are the benefits of membership?
    A. A list of membership benefits is available in the Membership area of the ABA Marketing Network web site.

Q. What are the member rates?
    A. Membership rates are:

Full memberships:
$295 for ABA/ABA Service members
$395 for non-ABA member banks and organizations
$195 for CFMPs
$95 for De Novo Banks

Associate memberships (if eligible)
$95 for ABA/ABA Service members
$195 for non-ABA member banks and organizations

Q. How do I know if I'm eligible for the Associate membership?
    A. As long as there is one employee in an organization who has a full membership to the Network, others can join the ABA Marketing Network as Associate members. Please be aware that Associate members do not receive a subscription to the ABA Bank Marketing magazine.

Q. What type of memberships does ABA Marketing Network host?
     A. ABA Marketing Network only hosts individual memberships -- an individual membership could include a banker or someone that works for a company.
   
Q. How long will it take for a member to receive membership welcome/renewal confirmation email?
    A. Membership welcome/renewal confirmation emails are send out approximately 24-48 hours from time the membership application was submitted and approved.

Q. I haven't received my first issue of the ABA Bank Marketing magazine?
    A. Your first magazine issue will arrive in the mail approximately 45 days after your membership start date. For any further assistance, please contact Larry Price at lprice@aba.com.

Q. Can a member subscribe to receive extra copies of the ABA Bank Marketing magazine at the member rate?
    A. Yes, you can purchase additional subscriptions by calling 1-800-BANKERS or www.aba.com/bankmarketing.

Q. Can the membership rate of a member be discounted if a member or prospect has an existing ABA Bank Marketing magazine subscription?
    A. The Bank Marketing magazine is an exclusive benefit; consequently, an existing magazine subscription will not constitute a discount. However, the magazine subscription could be transferred to another person within their organization in order to avoid duplication.
