Preventing Skimming By Doug Johnson ABA's recently released Deposit Account Fraud Survey noted that 28 percent of all banks experienced ATM skimming during 2006. From California to New York, last year saw such scams throughout the country and across a wide range of businesses, including convenience stores at independently operated ATMs. More >>
