ACB EXPANDS PARTNERSHIP WITH FISERV TO MEET MEMBERS’ TECHNICAL, OPERATIONAL NEEDS

WASHINGTON, D.C. „Ÿ America’s Community Bankers announced an enhanced business partnership with Fiserv, Inc. today to provide ACB members with a totally integrated package of products to meet community banks’ technical and operational needs. The relationship is unique since ACB is now the only trade association in the nation to offer such an extensive array of technology services

Fiserv has been designated as an official “ACB business partner.” Expanding ACB’s relationship with Fiserv, which already includes the endorsement of two products, the new multi-faceted package will encompass three additional product lines.

“Fiserv and ACB have assembled a complete package of products and services to enable community banks to better serve their customers and support their growth in providing commercial banking services,” said Diane Casey-Landry, ACB president and CEO. “The ACB/Fiserv business relationship offers significant member value by reducing operational costs.”

Five product lines will be available to ACB members:

  • Fiserv BANKLink includes a suite of commercial cash management and web-based services to help ACB members expand their commercial banking products.

  • Fiserv easyLender, which will continue to be available to ACB members, is a comprehensive family of Internet-ready software products that automate mortgage, consumer, equity and commercial lending origination.
  • Fiserv Item Processing, which will also continue to be available to ACB members, features item and image processing from more than 50 locations.
