WASHINGTON, D.C. — Key government and industry officials are scheduled to address America’s Community Bankers’ Winter Management Conference, Dec. 3-4, at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. The conference is being co-sponsored by the Community Bankers Association of New York State. The general sessions will be held in the Empire Room, Lobby Level.
