ACB BUSINESS PARTNERS FORMS ALLIANCE WITH SNL FINANCIAL

WASHINGTON, D.C. — ACB Business Partners Inc., a subsidiary of America’s Community Bankers, announced today that it has formed an alliance with SNL Financial, the information specialist for the banking and financial services industries.

Through the arrangement, SNL Financial will offer community banks that comprise the America’s Community Bankers NASDAQ Index (ACBQ) discounted pricing for SNL DataSource and IR WebLink products.

The SNL DataSource delivers information daily for in-depth analysis of the financial services industry. This includes financial, market and corporate data, mergers and acquisitions data, private and captive company information, documents and investor presentations, and news and analysis.

The IR Weblink offers packages on website management, corporate governance solutions, analysis and communications tools for effective investor relations programs.
